Questions
What counts as a breakdown credit?
One credit is used when you tap “How this sentence is built” on a line nobody has asked about yet. If someone already asked about that exact line, the answer is cached and it costs you nothing. On a paid plan, reading a photo costs one credit too — breakdowns and photo reads come out of the same monthly pool.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Only the breakdown button pauses. Subtitles, romanization, speech level and word meanings keep working. Credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time — from the buyer portal linked in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. See our refund policy.
